- Speak clearly and close to the microphone for optimal audio input.
For the highest translation quality, we recommend using the app in a quiet environment.
How fast is the translation speed?
Our AI-powered translation delivers near-instant results:
- 📞 Phone Calls: ~0.8-1.2s latency (optimized for fluid conversations)

Both modes leverage our sub-second AI engine, with phone calls achieving faster speeds through dedicated network optimization.
Note: Speeds may vary slightly by network conditions.
Why won't the earbuds connect to my phone?
If your earbuds won’t connect to your phone, follow these steps:
- Enable Bluetooth & Disconnect Other Devices: Go to your phone’s 「Settings」→「Bluetooth」, toggle it off/on, and ensure it’s disconnected from other paired devices.
- Activate Pairing Mode: Remove the earbuds from the charging case.
- Check Battery & Proximity: Ensure both the earbuds and phone are charged, and keep them within 10 meters without physical obstructions.
- Restart Devices: If the issue persists, restart your phone and earbuds.
- Reset Earbuds: Perform a factory reset as per the manual, then re-pair.
Why can't I successfully pair the earbuds with the app?
Please ensure your earbuds are successfully connected to your phone, then open the app and follow the detailed steps below to pair your earbuds with the app:
Step 1: If you are still on the app's startup page, tap the [Continue] button; otherwise, go to the [Face to Face] page in the app and tap the earphone icon.
Step 2: On the following page, tap [Add Earbuds].
Step 3: Search for and locate the earbuds, then tap the add button. If the earbuds are not found, please close and reopen the charging case.
Step 4: When the following interface appears, it means your earbuds have been successfully paired with the app.

How long does the earbud battery last?
When using the translation feature, the earbuds' battery life is approximately 4 hours. In standby mode, the battery can last up to 12 hours. The charging case provides additional charges to ensure all-day use.
