Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied with the product(s) you ordered, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be in the same condition that you received it.
  • The product must be in its original packaging.
  • You must initiate the return within 30 days of receiving your order. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards
  • Any items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Discounted products purchased through special promotions or flash sales

3. App Subscription Cancellations

If you purchased a subscription through our app, please note that subscription cancellations and refunds must be processed through the App Store or Google Play.

  • For iOS (App Store): To cancel or request a refund for your subscription, please visit your App Store account settings and follow the instructions for subscription management. You can also request a refund directly through the App Store by navigating to the Purchase History section.
  • For Android (Google Play): To cancel or request a refund for your subscription, please go to your Google Play account, open the Subscriptions section, and follow the cancellation instructions. For refunds, visit the Google Play Help page for detailed instructions.

Unfortunately, we are unable to assist with subscription refunds or cancellations directly, as this is managed by Apple or Google.

4. Return Process for Physical Products

To initiate a return for eligible physical products, please follow these steps:

  • Email us at support@transai.ai with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Please provide a brief explanation of the reason for your return along with any relevant evidence, such as photos of any defects, damages, or incorrect items received.
  • Our customer service team will review your return request and, if approved, will provide you with return instructions and the return warehouse address.
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if available), along with any accessories, manuals, and documentation that came with the product.
  • Arrange for a courier to ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. 

Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. If the item is in its original condition, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

  • Partial Refunds: In some cases (e.g., if the item is not in its original condition, or is damaged), we may issue a partial refund.
  • Non-Refundable Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning the unwanted product for a refund and placing a new order for the replacement product.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@transai.ai with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a full refund, replacement, or store credit.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company or bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@transai.ai.

9. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@transai.ai. We process orders quickly, so cancellations can only be made before the order is shipped. Once the order has shipped, we cannot cancel the order, but you can initiate a return after receiving the product.

10. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or an error on our part, the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
